Having a well stocked kitchen is one of the keys to maintaining healthy eating habits. If your kitchen is filled with junk food, you’ll eat junk food. But if it’s filled with healthy food, you’ll eat healthy food (or order takeout 🙂 

I’ve been doing this healthy eating thing for over a decade now (yikes, how am I old enough to have done something for a decade?!) and have tested countless brands of “health” foods, from gluten free pastas to nut milks over the years.

Some taste good…some don’t.
