The Head of Range Development role is integral to our ongoing success by ensuring that Web-Tec stays at the forefront of natural health via a well-informed, current and innovative approach to product range development. This key role is also accountable for the rapid, sustainable growth of ‘own-brand’ sales and product lines. 

The primary purpose of this role is to continually align Web-Tec’s product and range development with our business strategy, along with the best interests of our customers, natural environment and wider world – ensuring that it’s sustainable.  You’ll develop and implement Web-Tec’s range development strategy, including own-brand product development. 

This is a full-time role based in our Auckland office. Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be skilled at effectively communicating recommendations to executive management. You’ll have experience in a senior role in natural products or a related industry and a proven ability to develop products, range extensions and manage categories.

People and Culture Manager

With a mission to help people live naturally healthy lives, we now have a team of over 100 and distribute more than 5000 natural health and wellbeing products to NZ and beyond.

We are committed to making a positive impact on the wellbeing of our team. To help us on this journey we have an amazing opportunity for a professional and future-focused People and Culture Manager to collaborate in building a team-orientated, values-driven and high-performance workplace. 

This key role will have a wide range of responsibilities and will provide a mix of strategic leadership and operational support.  You’ll have the opportunity to develop and deliver HR and Wellness strategies, work collaboratively to strengthen team engagement, drive initiatives to increase performance and capabilities as well as manage the day-to-day HR functions of payroll, recruitment and retention, and employee relations.

This is a 30 hour a week role with at least three days on site in the Collingwood operational hub. You’ll have proven experience in a senior HR role in a progressive organisation and demonstrated success in building trust and positively influencing workplace culture though HR best practice.
