2018 Christmas Delivery Times:

If you need your parcel by Christmas (for yourself or a gift) please make sure you order before the deadlines below. During this busy time, we send orders as quickly as we can - in most cases within 1 -2 working days (if products are in-stock), but please remember these dates are a guide only, not a guarantee. Learn more.

We’ll continue to send out orders until the end of the day on Monday 24 December, however orders that leave Web-Tec after the below dates are unlikely to make it to you before Christmas Day. During Christmas and New Year, we'll be operational on all business days, other than public holidays (and our delivery partners will also be closed on these days, so some orders might get held up in transit). We'll return to standard delivery time frames on Thursday 3 January 2019.

  • For delivery within New Zealand order by 1pm Thursday 20 December 2018.
  • For delivery to Australia order by 1pm Tuesday 4 December 2018.
  • For delivery to China, North America, United Kingdom, Europe and the South Pacific order by 1pm Friday 30 November 2018.
  • For the rest of the world order by 1pm Thursday 29 November 2018.

You can expect your parcel to arrive quickly and in great condition. There are a number of delivery options, based on where you live, and how quickly you want your parcel.

We offer FREE COURIERPOST DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $49 total (or orders over $29 for Golden Bay customers). Learn more below. For orders under these amounts, delivery is just $4.50.

For extra security, you can add a signature required status for just $2.00 to any free delivery orders. For orders under the free delivery thresholds, signature required delivery is $6.50.

Delivery Times

We know you'll often be ordering things you need in a hurry. If we have the products you order in stock – and we usually do – we'll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. As soon as we send your parcel, we send an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery time.

Out of Stock Products

Occasionally a product which you order may be out of stock. In this case we'll you promptly with an update on when it will be sent.

Special Delivery Items or Instructions

Please read our Heat Sensitive Product Policy for our storage and handling policy and guidelines.

If you have any special delivery instructions please add these to the Delivery Instructions field at checkout. Any text entered in the Delivery Instructions field will be displayed next to your address for the courier to follow.

Collect from our New Lynn Store

You can choose this option if you reside in the New Lynn area. This is a pilot overnight delivery option available initially to local store customers free of charge.

Your order will be processed and dispatched from our Golden Bay warehouse and is expected to be available for collection from our New Lynn store the following business day (Mon-Fri) if placed prior to 12.00pm.

You will receive a dispatch notification to let you know we have dispatched your parcel to New Lynn. We will also notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

New Zealand

Choose the delivery option that is right for you at checkout. Free delivery will be available as soon as you have more than $49 worth of products in your cart (or over $29 for Golden Bay customers).

We offer FREE COURIERPOST DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $49 total. If you live in Golden Bay, all orders over $29 qualify for free overnight delivery.

For orders under these amounts, delivery is just $4.50.

You can also choose to add a signature required service to your order for an additional $2.00 on all orders. Simply select the Signature required delivery option at the checkout.

You can expect to receive your goods within three working days of having placed your order. We use for all national deliveries outside of Golden Bay.

The Golden Bay delivery area includes Takaka, Takaka RD 1, Takaka RD 2, Collingwood and Collingwood RD 1. For free overnight delivery (for orders over $29), orders must be completed by 1pm (or else they will be sent the next day). We offer a same day delivery drop-off option to Collingwood On The Spot, or Takaka Hair Revolution. Orders must be completed by 9.30am (or else they will go in the next day delivery). The cost for this premium  same day service is $3.00.

When selecting our non-signature required service, your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep. If you're not home when your courier calls, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver courier will typically leave your parcel either at your door or close by. If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call. If you would like to add signature required service to an order, you will pay an additional $2.00. Simply change to this option at check out.

If delivery is to a business you must include the business name in your delivery address. PO Boxes and Rural Delivery addresses are not a problem for our packages

All CourierPost orders are sent with 'Track & Trace'. We'll send a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is packed and ready to go.

We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand before the parcel has been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within a week. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made. If you don’t expect to be home, we recommend you choose a signature required delivery option.

We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand. If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and packaging and get in touch to let us know.


International orders are welcome, and we offer a range of options from Airmail to Courier to best suit you needs.
Please note that some delivery options are not available to some destinations. To see what option is available to your destination, please add your desired products to your cart, and use our “Postage Calculator” tool located at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.

The exact delivery cost of your order will be clearly displayed for your approval during the checkout process. You can estimate the delivery cost of the goods in your cart at any stage by using our 'Postage Estimator' on the Shopping Cart Summary page.

We charge a flat-rate for orders weighing up to 1 kilogram (1kg). This rate is determined by your delivery country and choice of delivery method - see below. For orders weighing over 1kg, the delivery cost is the 1kg rate an extra charge for each additional kilogram of product weight thereafter. These rates also vary depending on your delivery country and choice of delivery method.

The retail price of your products has to be shown on the consignment note of your parcel, as per New Zealand regulations. We are unable to declare an incorrect price for products, or mark your parcel as a gift, sorry.

You can enter your delivery address in your local language (e.g. Chinese) at check-out or email us with your order number and your address in your local language at and we will put this on the parcel as well as the address in English to assist with accurate delivery. Please email us as soon as you place your order as we dispatch new orders very quickly.

In the unlikely event you incur import tax on an order with a total value below $200, Web-Tec will reimburse you for the tax amount with Reward Points.

This offer does not include any EMS service fees or clearance service fees for releasing your parcel on your behalf.

Delivery Estimator

You can estimate the delivery cost of your order by using our 'Delivery Estimator' on the Shopping Cart Summary page. Simply select your country from the drop-down list provided and the page will re-load with your delivery options and costs based on the products in your shopping cart at the time. Try removing heavy items from your cart to reduce your delivery cost. Delivery enquiries are welcome. We're happy to quote on bulk orders.

  • Airmail is an economical and secure delivery service which doesn’t include track & trace.
  • Tracked Airmail is an economical and secure delivery service which includes tracking ability.
  • Courier is a fast, trackable delivery service with full cover for lost or damaged parcels.

Russian Federation

Please note that we're currently unable to send any goods to Russia. This is due to repeated difficulties with Russian customs / postal services, apologies.

Customs / Import Regulations

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Some of the products we sell via this website are prohibited for importation into certain countries. Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country. Where we are aware of any particular import restrictions, we endeavour to make note of this on the product detail page.

We are aware of some restrictions in place on ordering honey of greater than 2kg to EU countries – we suggest you check with your countries Customs Office or other government body before placing any honey orders over 2kg to EU countries.

It's entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country. Web-Tec Ltd accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we'll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We can't provide a refund until we've received the products back. We don't provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs due to containing items which are prohibited.

We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.

We've been sending goods all over the world for many years and have had very few problems.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your goods don't reach you in perfect condition please notify us as soon as possible. Please don't return damaged goods without notifying us first, as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from our end. Please keep any packaging and damaged items as they are received, as these are required for the claim process.

In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn't reach you within the expected delivery time-frame (NZ = 3 working days / international = 21 working days max - see table above) of our having emailed you confirmation of dispatch, please let us know.

NZ Post’s terms and conditions dictate that an international investigation into a missing or damaged parcel can only be launched within a limited time after a parcel’s dispatch.

  • For us to be able to assist you with regards to a missing parcel please us within 90 days of your parcel’s dispatch.
  • For us to be able to assist you with regards to a damaged parcel please us within 7 days of your parcel’s delivery date.

After these times we will unfortunately be unable to assist you.
