Adrenal & Glandular

Adrenal fatigue and glandular health is often overlooked, and misunderstood as general exhaustion or stress. Our glandular system communicates using hormones that travel between a network of glands and organs to regulate digestion, metabolism, growth, body temperature, menstruation, sleep quality and many, many other voluntary or involuntary functions.

Imbalance within this system can cause a variety of health concerns and symptoms that may include severe fatigue, low libido, feeling light-headed, severe PMS, blood sugar imbalance, sleeping poorly and more.

The adrenal gland - an organ the size of a walnut that sits on top of each kidney, is part of the endocrine system that produces over fifty different hormones involved with many things including growth and development, blood sugar control, and regulating our ability to deal with stress. Adrenal fatigue is any decrease in the ability of this gland to function normally. Commonly, this can happen when sustained high stress levels overextend your body’s capacity to recover and stabilise.

Maintaining regular exercise, eating a balanced diet, keeping a positive attitude and doing things that make you happy could help maintain the general health of the glandular system and also your wellbeing.

Please see above our carefully selected range that may support glandular health.

Product Reviews

  • Highly recommend

Started taking these twice a day two weeks ago - had been feeling very low, depressed and cheerless. I am seeing a difference already and not being as overwhelmed by life as I had been. I am also taking remifemin, black cohosh, st john's wort, and REM sleep. The combination is working for me and I am very pleased. I'm tackling menopause, hot flushes, broken sleep, and depression - lavender oil on my pillow at night helps too.

  • Saved my skin

For years I had battled with really horrible acne that would come in bouts. Very cystic and sore and would always turn into scabs even if I hadn't squeezed! After putting up with it for nearly a year and trying everything - cutting out dairy, using a salt bar, essential oils and all sorts of face washes, I tried maca root and within 3 weeks my skin was the smoothest it's been in 20 years (like since I was 10). I also don't have any pain or cramping during my period now either. Would highly recommend to anyone feeling self conscious about acne.

  • Trully effective

I have been taking these for 3 months now and it is the best product there is for PMS symptoms. I have almost none of it now and sleep much better with almost unnoticeable headaches (from full blown migraine like headaches - pre and post menstrual ones). I feel this product balances fluctuating hormones.
