Golden Turmeric Cauliflower

    Ingredients
    • 6cups chopped into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
    • 2tsp. or olive oil
    • 1tsp.
    • 1/2tsp.
    • 1/2tsp.
    • 1/4tsp.
    • 1/4tsp. optional
    • 1/4tsp.
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (218 degrees Celsius).
    2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    3. In a bowl, toss the cauliflower with the oil and spices. Lay out on the baking sheet in a flat layer.
    4. Roast for 30-35 minutes until cauliflower is just starting to brown.
