Herbal Tea Benefits

Nature provides all we need to not only survive, but thrive; and in some herbs we find nature’s helping hand for reviving our wellbeing. For example, ginger or peppermint tea may help with digestive processes, while others like chamomile tea can be calming and may promote a restful sleep. Sipping a cup of echinacea tea sweetened with a teaspoon of manuka honey (if desired) could be of great benefit during change of season or winter ills and chills.

    Hubby and I are both drinking this tea, as a back up for detox tea we had already purchased prior. However, we are very encouraged by this tea and the bitter taste which is slowly diminishing. We will definitely buy this tea again. Great value for money compared to the cost of other detox teas. Will try the Kidney Detox too...

    This tea is my favourite. It has a wonderful soothing flavour, a herbal sweetness which is quite addictive. Look forward to my cup in the afternoon and don't like to be without it. Thanks Web-Tec

    These teas work really well together. I've been using them daily before and after breakfast. It is a little tricky to measure them as the Liver Detox Tea is much more fine than the Kidney Cleanse Tea, so have almost run out of the LD Tea, but still have plenty of the KC Tea! I'm curious if the teas would be more effective when taken 30min before / after eating, but there is no indication as to the timing in the directions for use, and I don't have that kind of time in the morning so haven't experimented myself. They have helped me stop drinking caffeine in the morning, and are pleasant tasting, so I'm happy.
